I would like to thank all the staff at longton,Iceland,also the delivery drivers for all the care and attention during this pandemic,I have nothing but praise for them all.THANKYOU.

I ordered my shopping on the 15th of July for Friday 17th July 2020 between 5 and 7 and it has not turned up I cannot call anyone to find out where my shopping is and it says it has been delivered but I have no shopping

I wanted to congratulate Iceland on their social distancing rules etc I went shopping on sat only waited 15 minutes in the queue and only 3 at a time were let in, I was pleasantly surprised how full of stick they shop was and the prices reasonable and very cheap for some items. Even at late afternoon I was able to buy everything I needed. The young chap on the till was friendly mannerly and extremely professional which was a breath of fresh air. This was in Emersons Green Bristol all the staff should be rewarded for their positivity in these strange times. Well done Iceland! 😊

Expected a delivery between three and five didn’t come till 10 o’clock next day charged twice for two different amounts also missing all my child items when I do get delivery disgusting service no communication Will not be using an Iceland delivery again disgusting

Four items missing from my order but delivery note says they were cannot contact anyone I am a pensioner and cannot go out these items where for me to make my husband a birthday dinner

Our order 207266131 was delivered this morning but half the order was missing can you ring me on 07899 066963 i am over 80 and cannot get out please ring

Part of my delivery was understandably unavailable, but a large part of the 'delivered' items, all food cupboard items, were not given to me by the driver, who told me he was going to get the rest of the order and then came back with toilet rolls and said there was no more and was off like a shot, not even giving me a chance to check anything. The phone lines are closed and three days later I still haven't had a response to my email, not even an automated 'will get back to you in 48 hours' which would be the least they could do. It is very unfortunate that some people are taking advantage of a difficult time to rip customers off. I will never shop at Iceland again.

Amazing staff at shirley Southampton store short staffed but working so hard despite this. All deserve a big bonus for their dedication
