We appreciate Conner's assistance and guidance during our purchase of a used Qashqai at the Plymouth Yeomans Nissan shop. Every detail of purchasing the car was explained with diligence and attention. During the test drive, Conner addressed all of our questions, and if he was unable to provide an answer, a nice female co-worker was able to contribute to the conversation. We are happy that we made this purchase.
What a fantastic day we had today buying a car! This afternoon, we visited Nissan Marshall Oxford. Edward Randall, a young sales advisor, greeted us warmly as soon as we walked into the showroom. He patiently listened to our expectations about the new vehicle. He quickly and expertly presented the car model that we liked. He gave us a thorough explanation of all we needed to know. Even though we occasionally asked him to repeat certain terms so we could comprehend them, he didn't seem irritated. He addressed every query we posed. Most significantly, he assisted us in negotiating a better deal for both the purchase and trade-in of our previous vehicle. His pleasant demeanour and excellent service were greatly appreciated. We heartily suggest using him as your advisor in the future for a new vehicle.
Nissan customer for 20 years.Worst customer service. Will not allow customer to access their complaints dept or manager of the customer services. Left elderly and disabled woman (me) without a car when they were liable for 18 months of car trouble to wait until warranty ended to find fault and charge me for repair. Disgusting. Do not buy Nissan.
