Got adidas trainers for 7 months pregnant girl friend, as she in hospital! Did get see them! So NEVER TR’y on, as half size to small!! BROUGHT BACK TO KILKENNY STORE, WONT EXCHANGE FOR NEXT SIZE UP, as 3 days past 30 days return policy!! NEVER AGIN WILL ANY OF OUR FAMILIES OR FRIENDS BUY FROM SPORTSDIRECT EVEN IF IREMS WAS FREE!!!

Ordered xmas presents and was supposed to have been delivered on 15/12/23 NO delivery spoke to EVRI and they have admitted the parcel was not delivered and said contact this place for a replacement, Sports direct have now said order was delivered and their not replacing it even though they have had evri's email admitting fault this has been ongoing for 2 weeks my kids are expecting xmas presents that Alzundin Faiz( customer service) for sports direct will not replace WTAF

Zero stars, in fact minus 10 stars, but was forced to give a star rating in order to post!!!! Ordered a football kit, 3 weeks in advance of a birthday, they missed the time they told me they would deliver it by. Multiple emails later they told me they were having technical issues and would be delayed and did I want to cancel? I told them to cancel. I asked for confirmation of cancellation. They sent confirmation of cancellation of something I ordered 3 years ago. Then sent confirmation of cancellation for the order in question. Then a week later they charged me £90. For something I have confirmed I don't want and they confirmed was cancelled. This has taken loads of emails and I'm fuming. I even said confirm it has been cancelled. Received an email to say my item was going to be delivered this morning. Only part of the item though not all of it. Feel like I'm going to blow a gasket. Now it's probably going to take a lifetime to get a refund.

Staff at the Maidstone store are a joke, every time I go in it seems as though they all disappear and hide, it’s always impossible to find anyone. If they do see you with a shoe in your hand needing to ask for the other one etc and they turn away and bolt. Today I went to buy 3 different pairs of trainers as my sons grown out of all his shoes, I even asked a member of staff for assistance and she said she was busy…… no one else was around to ask so I left without any shoes and went to Shoe Zone instead. Not impressed at all, if the staff don’t want to actually work then maybe you need to look into new staff who actually want to be there and help. This happens to me every single time. Oh and the mini lift they have never works and when I told a member of staff about it they pretended not to hear me and carried on walking, to there’s me struggling down the steps with my push chair that has my 4yr old autistic son in, customer care in that place is disgusting

The person who is in charge of cleaning in your jersey channel islands shop wants sacking reason I go in to the store nearly every day and the place hasn't been cleaned there is dirt by the steps / all the floors needs a good clean its a good job that you don't do food or you would be closed down

Absolutely feel ripped off with your store in my town I purchased a top and asked at the time if it was too small can I return ans was yes so bought the top but it was too small so I went with the receipt top with tags on still only to be told you can’t have your money only a credit note says on the bottom of rec says the I store manager went to get something not got yr size so I said but there is nothing I could get can I have my money back NO disgusting sports direct

I am disgusted at Sports Direct Customer service who after losing my return package have failed to give me a proper response or answer after 3 months of correspondence.It is not the loss of the item or the refund but the ethos and principal of a large organisation that fails to offer a phone number nor a satisfactory answer. Someone in your company steals but that is not my problem. It is a joke and I shall not be using a shoddy company like yours again.

terrible company. Cant even answer the phone. We have been treated terribly by the manager of the SPORTS DIRECT Meole Brace, SHRESWSBURY STORE. Called my wife a liar, after she tried to return a faulty product (a very cheap belt, not even worth arguing about, after we spent over £100 in store). I am currently still on the phone after 10 mins, no answer. Needless to say, we will NEVER shop at this companies stores again, OR use them online. DO NOT buy from this company, or any other they own. Matter of principle, not about the money.... I HATE retailers who operate like this and treat their customers like shite.

I have gone round and round in circles on your chat, emailed, phone the above number - please please can you help and someone speak to me in person.

Horrible company, I ordered an item and have not got it and they say it had been delivered by EVRI who says the same, I've looked everywhere and I can't find it and have no proof of the item being delivered, they are not helping and rejected my claim wow I hope this company closes down for good, I have put them on social media, please dont shop there they are not good, they use to be....
