My goodness, what superb service,
I called up at 8.30 am, customer serice young lady was so so very polite, organised a call out ( non emergency!) a confirmation call that I would have a gentlemen to check my drain at 10am Dave arrived, service with a smile. Sadly was unable to locate problem, but how he tried
On hour later I received a follow up call advising should “I have further problems, please ring us, as we will keep your file open”
I couldn’t fault ...it was Customer care focus at its best. Thank Wessex for such excellent service.
