I must complement your store and the way the Self distancing is handle at your store in Trostre Parc, LLanelli, South Wales, 10/10
PERHAPS YOU CAN HELP WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY WILKO ORDER ?
WILKO took payment of £49:60 including a £5 delivery charge on the 27 June 2020 for order number 001242923652.
On the 28th June 2020 I received on email from Wilko
stating Ordered - Order Confirmed - Order Dispatched with a delivery stated as on or before 3rd April 2020.
I sent an email to enquiries@wilko.com on 3 April 2020 as I had not been advised of a delivery by your stated carrier "HERMES" because the WILKO Contact phone number 08000 329 329 said it would be in excess of 1 hour to answer. Today 8th July when checking on the WILKO website it would appear that nothing has happened except WILKO taking cash for a service not provided or explaining why.
Is this the experience that customers should expect from WILKO on line and their delivery service???
If the WILKO complaints system cannot resolve this quickly other measures will be taken,
