I had a terrible experience from a card shop in Worthing West Sussex on Saturday the 27th January 2003. It was the birthday of my son that I had lost in a car accident. Somebody said ring card Factory in Rustington West Sussex .If you are wondering why I did not ring and complain to the card shop in Worthing who service was awful and emotionally upsetting I was not in the right mind to confront people. 3 of the balloons I purchased popped in the car on the way home and they where complaining about a customer behind her back whilst I was there . Anyway I rang the card factory explaining what I needed the lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely she told me to pop in on the Sunday morning and it will all be ready for me. She said that Vicki would be there to see to me. Wow what a spiritual experience I had what lovely people what great service from start to finish. All o can say is thankyou thankyou so much from my heart xxxx

Wow ,I’ve just been to the Greenford store where your poor staff where serving in a shop with no heating on ,it was bloody freezing.Apparently you’re too tight to heat the shop. So sad a company can treat their staff like this,

I would like to thank the lad that works in the Hereford store, he always goes above & beyond. Im not sure of his name but he has worked there many years. I bought 70 cards from there yesterday, & he checked every single 1 to make sure i had envelopes with them. His manners are impeccable, hes such a caring lad, with excellent customer service & feel strongly he should be noticed.

I visited Store 482 in Exeter to buy things for my son's birthday party. I was a little stressed. Ally was so very kind. She talked me through the things I'd need, and showed me them around the shop. She made suggestions, found things that matched the dinosaur theme, and was just so lovely. This week I went back to collect my helium balloons and she was kind once again, said she'd think of us tomorrow when the party is, said I was less stressed - bless her! It's rare to encounter someone who is so very good at customer service, I am very glad I went into your shop because she sorted out all my problems. And the balloons and decorations are great - better than the things I bought in John Lewis. So, thank you, Ally. Kindness is my favourite thing, and you have so very much of it.

visited your Thornbury store today 10th August 2020, I am sorry to say that the woman store manager was so rude, I wished to purchase a £1.99p Diary when I got to the till and only then , when I offered the manage a £5.00 note to pay for my item I was told you were only excepting card payments ( as a retired deputy area manager for a independent retailer ) I am aware that every card transaction cost your company money and when I said I would leave it as I did not want to use my card, I went to walk out and the manager made some snide remark to another member of her staff, I then walked back in and said to her (I beg your pardon) she then become most rude told me to get out of her shop, then said I was the rude one and I was on camera, Please, Please check the cctv as the only rude person in your Thornbury store today was your very arrogant, rude, store manager.

In this present time I would have thought that you would be pleased for all the business and income you can muster, but with a manager like your Thornbury branch manager she is not a good representative of your company.

I just wanted to make you aware of the most fabulous customer service experience I had on Saturday 19th June 2021 at your Castle Bromwich outlet.

I was in need of assistance for Fathers Day gifts, cards & balloons and the Store Manager - Deborah was absolutely fantastic in helping me find exactly the presents I required and made me feel so welcome ! Well done Card factory for finding someone with outstanding customer service and the ability to make you feel so important whilst shopping for just small gifts for Dad.

The card factory would easily get 4 to 5 stars for the deals and quality of their products but unfortunately ,with the staff at the Bridgend branch south Wales, the lack of public safety is worrying. Five members of staff walking around with no face coverings and acting without a care in the world was worrying but what really angered me was 30 minutes later witnessing one member of staff putting a face mask on to enter a bank , so no reson not to wear on in work. They really don't care about their customers .
