Planet cruse was an amazing company, it’s now a joke, we can’t even contact anyone and when you do they just disconnect!
Still awaiting refund from cancelled cruise in May. No customer service personnel can say when the refund will be forthcoming. I have emailed and subsequently written to RichArd Downs, CEO. in which I attached copies of other customer complaints from Trustpilot. No response from either, not even from an assistant. Long standing customers are now shunning Planet Cruise,. You would have thought Richard Downs should be very concerned, obviously not. I tied to submit without a star rating, but had to do One, should be none.
