not engaging in refunding approximately €1,900 - everything cancelled with a week notice. filled up the refunds form on alpha rooms site and followed up with several emails since october but no-one is responding. @ Jackie Bedlow and @ Chris Thorpe - no attempt to even acknowledge ? shameful

Don't touch this Company with a barge pole! We were left stranded in Turkey on a 2 week package holiday organised by Alpha Rooms. The flight operator Jet2 cancelled our return flight only 2 days into our holiday and Alpha Rooms made no attempt to contact us or help organise an alternative flight home. This was left to us to sort out, including the return transfer back to the airport.
