So disappointed with a total mess with my order the receipt in the bag was correct ish I waited 15 mins + for my drive through meal behind only two other cars drove home approx three miles in the dark sneaked a few chips STONE COLD got home had McNuggets not my double cheeseburger with extra pickle as ordered my adult children told me how you had changed and worth going back after ten years of absence tried to call several times the shift supervisor no luck left a message no response
Filled in a disaster survey all I got was spend another £1.99 offer
NO I WANT A REFUND OR TOKENS FOR THE 7.16 I WASTED
I WILL SAY THOUGH THE Latte coffee was the best ever so exclude the cost in the refund
I will think long and hard before I go again or consider taking my grandchildren
And HQ need urgently to look into this franchise as I wasn’t the only person dissatisfied

I am absolutely furious. I have ordered a delivery through Deliveroo who ARE NOT at fault and ended up with another person’s order! Carol who answered the phone at Gemini Warrington Branch was not only very rude but put the phone down on me!! I’m now having to wait 24/48 hours for a refund and do without my tea!!! Needless to say won’t be using McDonald’s again!!! I’m disgusted in how I have been treated! T Angel 50, WA5 8XT

McDonalds Colchester High Street and Colchester Pool. Staff at BOTH these McDonalds are in desperate need of re Training as have not had a correct order sent via Just Eat for a fair while. Rang one of the Managers at Colchester High Street. "We are very sorry but you must take the refund process up with Just Eat" All well and good but if we didn`t want items we wouldn`t have ordered them, let alone a refund. We wanted what we ordered...seven items...we got three delivered....very very poor will be using Burger King in future, i bet they can`t be any worse!!!!

Does McDonald's have restaurants in Russia if yes are you going to pull out like most retailers

Doing business with Russia in the curent climate shows the true nature of your company. Please close all your Russian outlets now and retain some dignity.

In Rouen France now waited 25 mins for an order . It's chaos and the priorities are VIP and drive thru no urgency on the waiting customer. Staff shortage I would say yes at least 3

I was travelling to Scotland from Yorkshire with my partner who is disabled he was needing to us loo so we noticed SERVICES advertised on billboard so we turned in Bilbough McDonald’s we had a tourer and the McDonald’s carpark was full so we parked outside their was no marking or signs saying we couldn’t my parter got out and used the loo and bought two breakfasts takeaway all this took 10 minutes at the max we had his blue badge on display the whole time and when we got home we have received a parking fine all for parking to use McDonald’s I will never EVER use this outlet ever again I have since appealed and tried everything possible to fight this unfair charge which is day light robbery I am now welcoming the court date so I can call this form of extortion out and let everyone know how McDonald’s are employing these robbers to extort money from disabled people for simply being a customer and using their facilities it’s shocking and extremely wrong

London road oxford and head office customer service. Mc Donald’s London road Oxford don’t give hoot for customers safety every day since wearing of masks became compulsory always 4 or 5 customers in ordering food without masks and not one time has staff asked why or refused to serve I do value my life even if Mc Donald’s don’t . reported to head office and the attitude Was couldn’t careless and still serving customers without a mask head office said they could be exempt but a van load of builders and refuse collectors wouldn’t all be exempt. At the same time. Plus staff should be asking for exemptions and if not DONT SERVE THEM. Very poor for Mc Donald’s.
