Halfords Corporate Office Headquarters

I recently had a dashcam fitted in Halfords Burton on trent and whilst in their care my car was badly damaged. But according to Halfords there is no proof it happened there, i had only just collected my new car half an hour before and the conclusive proof that it happened in their care was a yellow paint chip found at the scene, but they wont accept responsibility or liability which for a large company like this is absolutely appalling. Someone knows what happened to my car,but they are keeping it to themselves, meanwhile I have a damaged car and am fighting to get this resolved...😡
Please avoid any work done at Halfords, i wouldn't want this to happen to someone else...disgusting and indifferent to their customers.

Why don't Manchester rd Bolton do warranty work they where having a cig 1lad was washing his car

I brought a boardman bike from halfords telford on 14feb2022 for 650.00 i have taken it back 4 tomes since purchase. I would like a exchange as i need the bike for work this as been going on since 14 jan 2033. I just want this over with its stressing me out and i suffer with depression and this is making me worse can uou help.

The issue that I have experienced was: I bought the spray online and was supposed to pick it up at the store.this spray was sold to someone. I was going to finish some work with this spray and they sold it.When I asked them to give me my spray, they only kept wanting the order number from me and explained that the computer told them to sell it. Donna, the manager, told me to leave the store.Another saleswoman was laughing at me.This meant that It cost me too much ,that stress and the incredibly haughty and contemptuous attitude of Dear Donna. I was very nervous because I just came to pick up my spray and they treated me like a fool. I was abused. It is very sad that such rude people work in the store. I asked the store manager to be called but Donna said she is the manager of the store downstairs. When I said to call the head boss, she finally went somewhere but my psyche gave up and I had to leave there. Went to Halfords to get new wiper blades front and rear they charged me £3.00 for the front two and then charged me £4.00 for the rear wiper blade to be changed looked on there website different price all together put on the most expensive blades when they had a cheaper version also put on front two same size when one should have been 22 driver side and 19 passenger side both 22 should have been 14 on rear they put on a 12 what a rip off gave information to a friend in trading standards office he said that they have had a number of complaints over this matter he told me there head office have told staff to charge over the odds and to charge the most expensive items first rip offs I won’t be using them again and tell my congregation at church don’t use them go somewhere else it saddens me when company’s rip the poor people off

Went to my local store on the 26/8/20 to have my window wipers fitted, gentleman had trouble removing one asked me to pop the Bonnet so he could put his hand underneath to get it off! Driving home with my 17-year-old mum my 14-year-old daughter the bonnet pops up on a main road smashes my windscreen! I have witnesses managed to get the car to my parents house which I was nearer to contacted Halfords and contacted Halfords and contacted Halfords was told everything was going to be sorted I’m still waiting it’s a week later and I’m still having to contact them absolutely disgusted terrible! The accident could’ve been so much worse!

ive been trying to get my money back since 30th AUGUST phoned 4 time each time on hold for over 1hr 30 and then been told you'll receive my money in 3 t0 5 days 1st time phoned halfords cancelled order but took money out for my bank and said it would be refunded 3/5 days that was 30th AUGUST no refund 2nd time the 4 th September been a technical issue will be refunded in 2/3days or sooner no refund 3rd 9th September told andy didn't request refund so taliane would do it and someone would be in touch in72 hours to let me no what happens 4th time 18th September lyndsey said that the refund was sent on the 4th to the bank on money bank has no record of money been transfer so they want confirmation its been sent give me no which is no good what so ever i went on the live chat with glonion and ask for a screenshot and live chat went dead now after 5 hours trying to get my £180 back which i got NO goods for it time for action as i am just getting fobbed off cancel star off this as it would only let me put this on with rating

no customer service or customer care,crap service and like many,will not use Halfords again

Between Halfords South African and UK customer services teams, I can safely say that this is the worst customer service I have experienced by a country miles. Utter shambles, that dragged on completely unnecessarily for weeks. I will never buy from Halfords again.

Absolutely appalling service purchased 4 tyres £799.99 travelled 150 miles to the garage to get them fitted , when arrived was told wrong tyres arrived no apology just told to phone customer service who were no help then tried to phone a manager called Gregor McCarrie who wouldn’t take my call or phone me . And this individual is a leader to his colleagues poor beyond poor , Beware stay away from this company and the Inverness Autocare Centre they have no respect for their customers ....
