This is a scam YODEL and your delivery.inc don't fall for this scam scam scam!!!!!!

driver DID NOT DELIVER but stated pacel was delivered when it was not. i waited in all day and kept an eye on phone app. no contact made by driver. very poor service. no stars given because not even one is deserved. lying cheating company. advise to any seller thinking of using YODEL- DON'T! you may act in good faith but your company name is bismerched by poor delivery service.

Word of advice...USE DPD INSTEAD!!! They have a proper system of delivery, and good channels of cummunication - yodel do not!!!



NOTE TO CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE: PUT CHECKS IN PLACE TO MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVERS DELIVER THE PARCELS AND NOT JUST RUN OF WITH THE GOODS AND CLAIM IT WAS DELIVERED!!! I WILL TELL ALL MY COLLEGUES, FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YODEL.

A card left stating parcel was behind bin as it was not behind the bin i called yodel. The delivery driver told them it was in the porch. I have cameras the driver left with the parcel. Then i was told i was given the wrong card although it had my tracking number. Call service terrible. I paid £ 11 for delivery and no parcel. Appalling.

This is to advise that I feel you are now ignoring my emails, I have already previously informed you that my telephone calls to your Yodel UK customer service 0344 755 0117 where 3 times I was put on hold for long periods then they hung up the call because they didn’t have an answer to my question and also do not have the training of what happens when Yodel UK should admitted that it has lost the parcel that they collected in error.

I have been nothing but polite about the parcel your driver took from my home and Yodel UK cannot locate where it has gone and now appears to be lost and I am out of pocket for the cost of this item. This Parcel was being returned to Wayfair UK and I would then get my refund. Your Yodel driver who didn't seem to know who he was collecting on behalf of stated that he scanned the parcel and convinced me that the parcel was for Yodel UK to return to Wayfair however UPS showed up 2 hours later and had all his paper work and was very professional and asked for the Wayfair parcel I explained that the Yodel UK driver had taken it, the UPS driver advised me that the Yodel driver had taken the wrong parcel??

This is unacceptable to ignore me and hope that I will go away – Why can't Yodel UK customer service answer a simple question “where is the missing parcel that YODEL UK took from my home” or “what is the next procedure when you admit that YODEL UK have lost a parcel” why wasn't a tracking number put onto the parcel. Yodel UK are so unprofessional from the driver to customer service etc

Yodel has successfully filled the gap left by the late, unlamented CityLink. CityLink could always be relied upon to get it wrong. So can Yodel.



When ordering any item for delivery, make sure you ask if the seller intends to use Yodel. And if the answer is Yes, just cancel your order. It'll save you a lot of grief.



With reluctance, I'm awarding one star. That is one star too many for this monumental tower of shit. But the website won't let me award zero stars. Shame. Ideally, there would be an option for about minus 50 stars. That would be a truer reflection of this lousy outfit.

I have to admit, the other review is quite close to the truth, as Yodel really is ABHORRENT. I got an answer by phone, but even when a manager should call back in 24 hours about a complaint, it's now been 3 days and nothing. The number on this page isn't head office either, it's the customer service line, where no one has been taught what customer service is!

This company is rubbish to deal with. Cannot contact them and if you get any answers form webchat do not trust them as I thought they had sorted my parcel out and in the end it was sent back to by supplier and they just hid and would not resort it Need minus stars

Morning,



I am absolutely furious. I cancelled my car’s MOT to wait in for my delivery and tracked it on your app.



Only to see that it said ‘sorry we missed you’. No card was left, I was in the house all the time and nobody rang the bell or knocked.



I saw a white van drive up the cul-de-sac and turn around. It did not stop.



I want my delivery of a new phone which has to be signed for.



I could not get to speak to anyone on the phone and there was no online operator available to speak to.



I would like to know the time and date of delivery and I want it soon.

4 days late so far with my delivery no contactable customer service no response from web chat or email The worst courier service in history i wish i could rate this company negative 5 star disgraceful

If it were possibble to give minus gold stars then Yodel would get a minus 10.

I am honestly shocked at how bad this company are.
