Well it has happened again. Sat here awaiting my parcel (which was 16 stops away). Half an hour later, the tracking disappeared. The next notitifcation was that they could not find my adress. Now my postcode is only assigned to my address so in reality, it should set you right outdide my front door. I have now come to conclusion that yodel delivery drivers, in this locale, are a bunch of lying tossers and use this excuse when they cant be bothered to delivery a parcel if it is out of their way. So are yodel drivers using paper maps??????? Honestly, yodel you need to go out if businedd

Your company are NOT delivering to MY address even though address is CLEARLY STATED ON PARCELS . You have obviously got very serious problems to set up a webchat line!!! Used this service twice have ( 2 parcels not delivered to my address), have chat script to prove this. No apologies for your absolutely appalling service

Really disappointing service. Driver left my parcel at wrong address and sent me a photo woth a dog in it, i don't have a dog. Said he would retrieve the parcel and deliver the next day....HE DIDN'T. So no parcel AT ALL ! !
Expecting another large parcel Thursday/friday....IT BETTER ARRIVE AT THE RIGHT ADDRESS ! ! !

Would give 0 stars if able. Booked a specific delivery date. Parcel was delivered a day early. Recieved a notification to say left outside front door! Was away for Xmas. Arrived home to no parcel if Yodel even delivered it!!!!

Yodel are the worst company I have ever had dealings with when it comes to losing damaging and failing to deliver.

The other reviews saying that complaining is just more wasted time is 100% correct. I don't think the complaints departments are trained to help, just to fob people off and be ignorant by hanging up or cutting you off on their chat line.
If you check through the other reviews you will find there are a large percentage of dissatisfied clients and recipients.

Use your own judgement as to this company's usefulness as a delivery company when they have so many bad reviews and comaints and do nothing about it.

I had to give this company one star to get this review posted. I actually don't rate it a star at all.

A big joke giving them one star.I been waiting for a parcel since 24th November still not arrived. Friday was out for delivery ask for it to be pickup at depot . Get to depot andtold can't pick-up here. When out yesterday waited outside my property and no van came down the road. Get a message to contact them on web chat. Give my details and told them how to find the property. Today tracked it again got same message saying can't find property. The web chat doesn't past how to find the property on. Web chat Today told me i have to pick-up from depot, told them they weren't allowing at depot. I still go down to see a manager to find what happening to find out that the drivers take undelivered parcels HOME at night. I went in the drivers entrance and on the wall was posted about Attitude,On-Time Condition and Informed i told the manger these posted should be taken down as there are lies

The service from this company is appalling every time I'm waiting for a delivery from them they come back with we can't find your property we need more information I give it to them they come back the next day with the same message. I'm sick of it get a grip Yodel. they don't care I'm fed up with getting stressed.

Words can't describe how bad the service from this company is,they just hang up
blatantly lie to you fail to phone you back until you surrender and give up they are the worse company i have ever dealt with.

Terrible service. Says delivered but it hasn’t to our address. Can’t get through to anyone. Terrible service.

Driver we think left it at wrong address. As cctv shows him going into another property.
