Haven't even stayed there yet but the customer service is non existent. I tried phone and all the reply was 'There is no one available to take your call Good by'. Tried e mailing and the standard response is you will hear from us within 5 days I e mailed again to say this is not good enough and received the same e mail.

Awful customer service, they botched a rebook( as it didn't get processed) and no-one to contact about a refund, sent round the houses

Raised a complaint with customer service regarding a recent stay . And cleanliness of our room. They used the excuse of Covid Policy . And yet NOONE At hotel this policy was still in place when my husband went to reception to speak to someone.And no notices stating Covid Cleaning Policy was still in place . Infact door hangers saying to hang on door if room needed making up was placed on our bed 😡

With breakfast for two people was informed on the morning we turned up for breakfast we’re not doing food no information given on arrival
Very disappointed to go to a Premier Inn to have a breakfast

Worst service EVER at the Lander, Wyoming location. New management there is never going to make it with that performance. I been there twice-bad both times. That new business will be ruined if nothing improves...I'm just sayin'.

Don't stay here been here though the whole pandemic shit hole bed bugs staff not helpful i rebook every couple of days so get clean room because during a pandemic they clean your room every 7 days from every day to 7 because of something that is meant to be so fucking contagious so what we will do to help the pandemic is not clean your room no toilet brush to clean after your self which is pretty shit for them cleaners to clean 7 day shit of toilet now they clean after 3 days if you call clean and keeps throwing me of writing this so i give up noooooo not happening travelodge tramps and like i said first time they clean my room they empty aswell aftershave deodorant toothbrush toothpaste hair wax phone charger winning strachcards sorry shit at spelling but probably still not qualified to work in this shit hole thank fuck for that lol but true and the worse thing had 2 bottle of beer and they say thay must of thought you was not coming bk when you try put me in same room why they touch my shit pls premiere inn see you all there and this is not all i could write for hours and all bad nothing good to say about this hotel fucking joke
