I ordered a sofa on 17th October 22 it was delivered 1 leg sat 2inch higher than the other 3 legs had to use a brick so we could sit on it ruined my floor so paid an xtra £600 cash for a differnt sofa which was delivered on the 17th feb the wrong colour had enough asked for a full refund

Purchased one chair which we are happy with. Tried to purchase a few months later a second identical chair, with the same person, disaster. Totally wrong chair arrived, we have to store it in our garage. Visited the store, spoke to the Manager who confirmed their mistake, stated he had now order correct chair. On checking today that the order is correct to find out that again the initial wrong chair had been re-ordered. We have been assured that we are now going to receive the correct chair. Vowed not to buy from this company again. Is it incompetent staff or a “do not have a good service ethos”.

The after care is non existent. How many bad reviews do they need to
Do something about it . I would never use SCS again there are so many good furniture stores out there that are so much better, won’t make the same mistake twice !! Should have read the reviews first !!

I have had my sofa 8 weeks ive emailed them to say its so uncomfortable. They replys sorry to late to change. Also the sofa is supposed to be a 3 seater its more a 2 seater. I want a refund or change it. Not getting any replies from 2 emails to them. After 10 years of buying from them im not happy

Waited nearly 7 months for our sideboard and still waiting! Ordered a matching table & chairs that was delivered after 5 months but the sideboard was not delivered. Not one person can give us an update, they just kept saying Head Office is not responding and we don’t have any updates from our suppliers! Appalling service from ScS and would never use again after this

I can't leave 0 so had to give 1 which is far to much for such a rubbish company with no customer service whatsoever. 6 months after paying for our chair and sofa and we are still waiting. I spoke to.the.branch manager Mark in Chesterfield to be told not my.problem.
Never use this shambolic outfit again

I have just received a new 2 seater sofa and a reclining chair only thing is its not the one we ordered the one we ordered is electric functioning and the one we got is manual went back to the shop within 20 minutes of delivery to be met by a guy that was as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike saying that as it was in my house there was nothing he could do. Dont buy from Dundee shop full of conmen

had sofa 7 month and rods broke through been on over 2 month now and still got nowhere, nobody rings you back have rang about 6 times now to be tod the same thing useles

Scs should be ashamed of themselves. Hie Ex service men who have fought for this country an manager's hound them till they feel they have no choice but to quit. They have no responsibility for the safety of employees to.. an when staff are attacked they are told not to call police. I only put 1 rating because i couldnt submit review otherwise

I was charged for carpet gripper which was not required. I had to send e-mails and make numerous phone calls to get this resolved. I also submitted a formal complaint about this and as yet have received no reply as to the reason why it took so long to refund me my money and what caused the delay. I will not be buying from this company again
