Waiting for statement to pay for goods. I am not online i always pay when statement comes. I dont pay online. Please can you resolve this .i want to pay.but but not online. Sylvia kemp thankyou

Got sent the wrong items was suppose to receive a 3kg item ended up receiving a 34kg item and I went to lift it thinking it was my light item ended up hurting my back badly I'm 62 years old with alot of health problems and was left in pain for weeks and they said its not there problem even know they sent the wrong item and labelled it with my item information I'm suppose to have xray vision and see though a box they have no respect or duty of care for there customers they only care about money

Customer service is useless I asked them to cancel my account with ace/studio the person I spoke to said he would be checking on his computer and he left me holding on the phone for over 15 mins and I still don’t know if my account has been closed or not I would like someone who is in charge of this company to contact me by telephone or letter (letter would be better) or I may have to contact This Morning Programme and speak to them or contact Trading standards and explain to them and ask what I can do cannot wait for your phone call and why the heck have I got to tick a box to say I’m human

I have just received my statement. It says i ordered an item for £10:99 which is wrong, my last order was a pair of plimsoles at £6. As they were a very small 8 i complained that i was very unhappy with the return price of £2:80 ! i then received an email from studio saying as a gesture of goodwill i could keep the plimsoles, so they were never returned. It says on my statement returned item. So its now saying i owe £4:99, for what i ask !!!! Please can this be put right. I am VERY fed up with Studio .

Totally incompetent customer services and complaints dept. Been trying to return a damaged item since before Xmas , sent the wrong courier 8 times (only takes small parcels) had 3 pick ups booked by complaints dept. and no courier has shown up . Sent over 40 emails , over 25 calls and 2 complaints later and nothing . I've got to the point where i am sending the parcel back at my expense and starting legal proceedings against them as I have run out of options
