first used the internet to get a better concept of what we wanted. went to the hull showroom on March 10th, a Sunday. The salesman was there and patiently awaited our request for assistance. With the assistance of the salesperson, we found just what we needed, and the pleasant transaction was finished in a few minutes. I should also mention that the delivery fee has to be clarified; I may have overlooked a charge that I wasn't fully prepared for. It was appreciated that the salesperson took the time to clarify.
Lakeside Shop has a beautifully designed showroom.Very kind and non-pushy staff. Our new sofa was easy to order, and we had a very short delivery window promised. It arrived exactly when we were told it would, and it was carefully and swiftly assembled. We are in love with our new couch and heartily endorse Oak Furniture Land for their fine furniture and top-notch customer support. Regards.
I wold not rate this not even 1 star, Head office delivery department is a massive let down. staff are rude, and do not help. shame because staff in mane stores are grate. out of 5 delivery's all 5 have been messed up! they cannot follow there own pressures. Then when you ring to speak to some one they all blame it on to another department. very poor
