Excellent client support. Although personnel arrived on the scene promptly, it was clear that a third party was responsible for the power outage. The phone customer support agents were excellent. The power returned after a 16-hour outage, but there were regular (though not intrusive) text updates. In addition, I received a compensation check in the mail within a week as a priority client without having to apply.
The ongoing customer service provided both during and after our power outage really impressed me. It was just over a day and a half without power. Throughout this period, we received regular updates and were given the option of meal delivery. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, kind, and profusely apologised. It was great, even for the people who were digging the road and looking for the fault while it was pouring rain.
