The management of Bannatyne Folkestone was very helpful in addressing issues about certain customers who bypassed the sauna and went directly to the pool. Outside the sauna, a fresh sign requiring visitors to take showers was put up right away. A welcoming, immaculate pool in Bannatynes Folkestone. I'm grateful.
Although I never thought I would join a gym, doing so over the past few years has been such a great experience. I recently had a question, and while I was prepared for the dreaded typical response, I was pleasantly delighted to hear from Rob, the manager, who was quite helpful and provided a prompt, practical response. It is pleasing to observe that certain companies still value human interaction in this day of pre-recorded messages and templated email responses. This is a fantastic gym, in my opinion. It's incredibly welcoming, has a wonderful environment, and runs some excellent charitable programmes. A satisfied client!
