After many years as a loyal customer I’m seriously considering leaving SKY. To say they are incompetent when it comes to their billing system is an understatement. I cancelled 2 TV packages - that I was persuaded to take UNDER NO OBLIGATION because I could cancel after 1 month… however, they are determined to charge me, despite verbally cancelling. Could not get any joy over phone so temporarily cancelled my direct debit & made manual payment instead. They have now suspended my service and refuse to speak with me until/unless I reinstate my DD. I am spitting feathers, HOW DARE THEY!!!

They don't like you leaving. I've been with sky for 30 years and finally my son moves out so NO MORE FOOTBALL, hooray!!!! Hence my cancelling sky Q. Sent back all the equipment. They say one box is missing. Strange that. ALL the equipment went back in one box, so how can one be missing? I have photos of the returned items, including all the serial numbers.

On the 9 th May 2022 we had fibre optic put in our house since then my landline has not been working l can phone out but cannot receive any incoming calls. We have rang so many times and have been promised it will be escalated to the appropriate team after 7 weeks it is still not working. There is always a promise of being called back which never happens on our mobile may l add! When l ring the number it says no valid number. I am trying to stay calm but the stress this has put on us is unbearable

This rating is too high in my estimation.

Please, please could the Chief Executive Officer take the time to read my two service complaints before I contact the financial ombudsman.

I have tried my best to remain cool, calm over the past two months but this has proved difficult at times. Why can someone from sky not take accountability or responsibility for any mistakes made. I am only ONE customer trying to vent my frustration at the lack of courtesy demonstrated to me. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.. I am certainly a human being .

I have no internet connection. Have tried the self heal instructions several times but still no joy. Have tried phoning but keep getting redirected to go on tve Internet uhhh?

Since covid hit us sky have took a considerable amount of money off me I only have internet package of 31 yet you are taking over 70 a time. I'm having to cancel dd as you are leavin me destitute
