I returned some sneakers I had purchased in September of last year. It's an incredible policy to have up to a year for returns. When I visited the Brent Cross store (branch 146), Jordan (049), a new employee, assisted me. They were really helpful, even if I wasn't a straightforward customer. Excellent customer service, kind staff, and no problem is too big or too small!
I had an amazing experience with Schuh; I'm not sure why there are so many bad comments. My boots arrived in fantastic shape and on schedule when I ordered them. In addition, I discovered that I had accidentally typed the incorrect shipping address when I placed my boot order. When I contacted their customer service, they responded right away and fixed my issue. They will be my next purchase!
