On Saturday, March 2, 2024, my sister and I went to the Regents Street store to experience the wedding fragrance. We were greeted by a lovely woman named Rachel, and I have to say, it was an absolutely gorgeous experience. Rachel made me feel very special during the appointment, and she knew exactly what fragrance would work best for me. I bought a lovely scent, and they also elegantly packaged the box with our wedding date and my new initials in calligraphy. I appreciate you so much; I've become a Jo Malone fan.
Many thanks to Isobel, the manager of the Jo Malone branch on Buchanan St. in Glasgow, who handled my complaint with remarkable skill. She was calm, friendly, and really polite. The problem was that I had to combine my online candle order with a birthday gift I had purchased from the store to reach the minimum purchase amount for the free gift. Although I didn't receive the complimentary item, I was pleased with how she addressed the problem and found a solution. If only all retail managers possessed her level of ability!
