Many thanks to Nelson, the Network Rail man who works at the London Liverpool St. reception. He is a friendly and helpful man. When I was really anxious about inadvertently leaving my luggage containing my passport at another station, he was kind. He assisted in assuring me that everything had been arranged and handed over so I could pick it up, and, happily, nothing was missing.
My husband had a brain operation in January, so this was our first time travelling. I didn't know about this service until we got off the train at Euston, where a lovely man named Leon helped my husband onto the buggy and into the station. He gave me all the information to book when we were going home, which I did, and we got on the buggy at Euston straight to our carriage and on the train before anybody else. This has really helped us, as that was the main difficulty getting from the train up to the main part of Euston station. Thus, thank you for making our trip simple; I will most certainly use your service once more.
