I want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at Pret - Bards Walk, Henley St, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6EY. I stupidly left my mobile there and they were closing. The incredibly kind staff waited for me to collect my mobile once we had tracked it down. They were reassuring and warm and were true to their word handing my son the phone when we arrived before closing. Sometimes it’s not only about food and service but human kindness.
On 10/9/2021 my husband and I were very tired and our coach from Luton airport was delayed by one hour but we were very tired from a holiday. We were upset one of the Coach drivers had been very rude, I picked a sandwich but then We didn’t have the money left so I cancelled mine but there was a very kind and cheerful man serving Joshua Chinge Okomta and he let me have the sandwich free I can say this has never happened in my life of 66 years I would love the manager to know what caring staff can change a sad time to a happy one
