I have been with Talk Talk for years and have had very few problems. As a housebound disabled client, I always rely on the internet. They always provide excellent customer service. I have nothing but praise for this company. My internet speed is consistently 150 MB or more down and 36 MB or more upload, which is exactly what I pay for and a fantastic price. Unlimited home phone and broadband calls to mobile phones and home phones are available for £26. Get in touch with Talk Talk and haggle; they'll give you amazing deals. 10 out of 10.
After contacting BT Openreach, Talk Talk Agent Karabo was able to determine that my slow speeds were caused by external connections rather than internal issues. I received a text message from Openreach within five minutes, informing me that an engineer had been assigned to investigate and fix the issue. I called Talk Talk at noon on a Saturday; therefore, Openreach should contact me either Monday or Tuesday with the outcome. I found Agent Karabo to be quite kind and professional.
