To be honest, I had no idea that a high-street store provided this kind of customer care! Cheyenne went above and beyond to assist, first helping me locate a new wallet that I had unintentionally placed in the bag I returned and then finding a replacement for the damaged one. According to Cheyenne, who contacted me today, the wallet has been located by the returns department and is being returned to me via tracking post. They've been supportive at every step; it was just my very stupid error, unrelated to Jigsaw. odd for a main street retailer, and it significantly affects my desire to return for more purchases. Once more, thank you!
