I erred when I sent two sizable checks from Cambridge Building Society to the post office to have my bank account credited. Even as a pending transaction, they had not come after two working days. The Post Office had given me only a slip stating that I had utilised their service. My request for assistance was answered within an hour by Customer Services at Head Office, who made arrangements to both cancel the checks and deposit the money directly into my account. It was due to a new counter clerk at a nearby branch that I was unaware they could pay directly. Excellent service, and I can finally get some sleep tonight.

A gentle and patient woman with extensive knowledge in all areas. She took the time to go over everything with me because I'm not always the fastest learner. She is an asset to the business, and I will tell everyone of my friends and family about this branch.
