I have been a Capital One customer for a very long time, initially to raise my credit score. I never experienced an issue. However, I just had a loss of almost £300 due to fraud. I was urged to email any supporting documentation and complete a dispute form. I received my money back in a week. Really, I didn't believe I would, much less that it would happen so quickly. Over Christmas, a lot of difficult things happened. I'm really grateful to them.
I took out a Capital One balance transfer credit card to assist with debt management. I thought the app on this credit card was excellent and made paying with it much simpler than with other credit cards I've had.
As most corporations would do everything to hang onto you, I went to close the card after paying off my debt, expecting a fight. To my pleasant surprise, the phone customer assistance was quite prompt and informative.
I would make use of them once more.
