We felt right away that everyone at the Co-op at Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex, had our best interests at heart. At all times, we received the utmost consideration and decency. I'm going back to make my own funeral arrangements. Ava, Joanne, and Mark have my family's sincere gratitude for their kind, compassionate, and competent care. Gail Pearce, the celebrant that they graciously chose for us, gave us a lot of consolation, support, and guidance. arranging a very intimate service for our mother. I heartily suggest all of them.
It's all about the individuals. The people you deal with and their sensitivity, friendliness, and thoughtfulness are what really make a difference in the process. It felt as though Sue and Tracey were involved in the event rather than merely spectators because they were helpful in figuring out the details and gentle in handling awkward conversations and circumstances. I'm really grateful to them.
