An excellent employer is Creative Support. I've had a lot of help during my career. Every problem and concern is addressed appropriately. Strong policies and procedures are in place to support staff and service users in ensuring their safety and protection from harm, and creative support fosters an open atmosphere. I have spent fifteen years in a variety of roles in creative support. I stay with them because of their person-centred approach, principles, ethos, and support. Employees receive thorough training to guarantee they can perform their jobs. It's a terrific organisation to work for because of the management group, employees, and HR. For my part, I couldn't imagine working for a greater company.
Coming from a background in higher education that was sometimes stuffy and bureaucratic, Creative Support has been a true breath of fresh air. This organisation has the most friendly staff I have ever encountered, and there is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the entire organisation. It has been absolutely wonderful to witness their assistance throughout the coronavirus epidemic, as they have given tests, advice, and rewards for hard work to the staff.
