Do not use the Greenford depot as packages are stolen. Two boxes of wine never arrived from Germany, now another package. No one to talk to to sort it out just automatic messages saying either DELAYED or your parcel will be delivered and then doesn't arrive. Their computer systems don't pick it up so it's impossible to sort out. Greenford depot is a particular problem but Head Office obviously doesn't care if thieves operate. Awful company. Use Royal Mail.

Claim they could not gain access to our address. Our road serves milk tankers from the dairy farm and tractors with huge hay trailers, and we were in all day for the stipulated delivery day.

The "customer service team" have been unable to deal with my formal complaint regarding non-delivery of a medical consignent for which I mistakenly paid £30 express delivery. After extensive enquiry with zomboidal personnel, I have come to the conclusion that my consigment has been lost in transit. I will claim compensation, including abortive telephone calls and fruitless visits to an obscure inPost locker. I doubt whether my claim will meet with any compensation, but it about time that DHL re-educated their incompetent staff in the ethos of customer care. If I could rate this Company as -10 I would.

Well, as a so-called parcel firm, I beg to differ. Via John Lewis & Partners in Milton Keynes, I made some purchases. One item, was to be delivered by D H L.

Oh no, they charge me and J L & P for the zero service, hence it's a FRAUD. Obtaining finance under deception. As no phone calls or calling card, like Royal Mail plc service will perform, if one is not in.



Perhaps its high time this firm returned, with its sloppy ways, back to Germany. Rather than discredit a fine Retailer, John Lewis & Partners.

Both J L & P and Royal Mail Group plc have more experience than the whole of this German postal service and 2 bit parcel firm. Del Boy could deliver better service! Or are you going to blame BREXIT & CV19 for your failings.

I can also confirm that contacts in Australia have had similar service. A trading standard, I am sure.
