I have posted a letter to Opodo Waterfront, Hammersmith Embankment, Chancellors Road, London W6 9RU, for my refund by Special Delivery but it was return back to me stating addressee gone away. can anyone know how to contact edreams headoffice. i am waiting for my refund for 1 year now.

I can't believe this company been taking the money from my account without purchasing any tickets and now one answer is horrible

Horrible experience chasing my refund more than 9 months still nothing has done by edreams. How can a company behave like this way? I have cried, begged and pleaded for my refund they say it was airline holding my refund. I contact Air maroc Airline to query for my flights cancellation money as they cancel my flight in April 2021. This month is February 2022 making it 10 months i have been calling edreams requesting for my refund. What annoyed me most is when someone managed to pick my calls after i waited for 50minuts or 1 hours and they will say is not their fault that it was airline refused to approve their request ' IS " THERE ANYTHING THEY WILL HELP ME WITH" this makes me get more angry about their service. Dissatisfaction. I would rate 0 if the system permits me. Right now am not happy at all with edreams UK.
