Last Sunday, we visited Furniture Village at Capitol Retail Park Preston to buy a new dining room table and chairs. We were greeted by Carolyn McLoughlin after our tour, and I have to say that she was excellent. Carolyn was always willing to help and allowed us plenty of time to explore the area. We decided to get a dining set with six chairs and return the following week to purchase a sofa and chair.
Stevenage retail My spouse and I were assisted by a kind chap named Michael in finding a cosy bed. He gave free cookies and coffee to my wife, me, and our girls. His chat was one of the things that contributed to our wonderful experience, as he took us through all of the bed alternatives and care promises at a comfortable pace! Excellent expertise and amiable assistance brightened our day!
I would not rate this company, I have had ongoing issue for nearly a year, and the problems have not been resolved. Between the store at Lakeside , Customer Service, Distribution Center and writing to Peter Harrison you would have thought they would have got their act together
