My velvetizer arrived very fast, is quite simple to use, and adds a little more opulence to my hot chocolate or coffee. It's a bit of a luxury, non-essential item, and I feel a little bad about buying it, but I did receive a discount, and I know I'll use it well, so overall, it was a nice purchase! I wanted to try and adjust some of the hot chocolate and coffee I got, so I'm still waiting to hear back from the customer support team about my order. Hopefully, I hear from them soon.
