I have been shopping at Jimmy Choo for almost three years, and I own about twenty pieces! It has been an amazing experience! After reading through other reviews, I believe it's crucial to emphasise that although these shoes are created with the highest-quality textiles, they are sensitive and should be maintained. Quality does not equate to durability. I wear my Jimmy Choos anytime I want and simply get them repaired when necessary because they also provide excellent repair services! Since their online customer support crew isn't the finest and it seems wasteful to spend all this money on an experience that won't be had, I usually shop in-store. Purchase in-store. Take care of your footwear. Fix them.
