The rider turned up with a sodden broken bag. It looked like it was dropped. I told him to take it back and he said (in English) he does not speak English.
I refused to accept the order. I contacted the restaurant and was told to take it up with Just eat who refused to reimburse me.
I've closed my account.

No rating , forced to click a star just to post. Just eat are fruadsters. Take your money and delivers part of the goods which were inedible.

Ordered food from McDonald’s Avon Meads though the app and was waiting a hour before the driver got to the restaurant then another 30mins before they picked it up and they come to my address parked outside for a minute the drove off with my food I have them on cctv doing it so me and my kids are left with out my order try ringing just eat but they are shut and the restaurant don’t want to know as it went with a driver I think this is completely disgusting as they think it’s okay to take our money and not deliver I want a full refund

Food 2 hours late and still hasn’t arrived. Too late to eat now! Won’t be using Just Eat again!

Wouldnt even give 1 star.



I have tried to request a refund on items worth over £9 which didnt arrive with my order, emailed just eat 4 times now with no response.



Totally unacceptable to ignore customers and leave them missing items and money.



Customers pay their money to JE for products/services provided, they do not have the right to withhold our money.

Too many times my order just doesnt turn up. They dont even try to find my address

Despite contacting Just Eat to advise items missing from KFC order, no offer of any compensation or even that they have recognised or seen my message, for the sake of a bag of Hotwings surely it worth addressing the issue rather than receiving yet another one star review...which seems to be a trend here. Do better, listen to your customers, thats basic business and good practice.

I must have unsubscribed from newsletters 20 times in the last week - if you dont act upon my unsubscribe request I will contact the ICO- as you must be failing on this with others also. sort yourselves out!

I have had so many issues with Just Eat recently. I’ve always accepted credit on my account ( it’s never in full) but this time the order came with literally none of the order correct, not something we would eat and told we cannot have a refund at all… I do not want credit I want my money back. If I don’t get it I will be writing to the CEO.
