Being blackmailed into paying for information on already booked flights
Taking money for bookings with zero service is Fraud plain & simple

Hotel sold, and priced, as a quality (4 star) hotel. Upon arrival, was clear it was closer to 2 star if that.

Immediately booked a legitimate 5 star hotel via booking.com.

After notifying Lastminute.con at the time and then of all events after, 5 weeks of chasing for a refund later, Lastminute took no liability for the product sold and contract I had with them. Won’t use again. Let’s see if it follows same plunging fate as its sister company, Made.com, due to the reputational risk it’s clearly happy to take on.

Lastminute.com have sold their souls to the devil. My darling dad passed away during his holiday to Turkey and my dear mum had to change her flight and could not speak to anyone during this terrible, traumatic time. Worst still, after two hours and thirty minutes of being pushed from one virtual chat to another, we were told that mum's request had been submitted and we should wait to hear from them. After seven hours and still no contact, we booked my mum a new flight and she was home before we had any contact from lastminute (two days later). I emailed after a few days and got the measliest, most disingenuous response and absolutely nothing in ways of refund. You just cancelled her flight. Compassion? Humanity? decency? You have none. We are aghast at how you have added to a poor women's stress. There are no words strong enough to express the disgraceful treatment. You have sold your souls.
