Our fridge and freezer were having issues. LG provided great customer service and dispatched an engineer right away. Matthew Blundell, the engineer, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was time to order a new refrigerator, he determined. Unfortunately, we discovered a little ding in the door, even though it arrived on schedule. Matthew Blundell was called out once more. He is going to fix it and has arranged for a new door to be delivered. We are quite pleased with the client service. Regards
The way the LG UK service addressed my issue about a faulty TV is worthy of five stars. Although it required a few phone calls and emails, there was a personal touch and an understanding that, yes, warranties are meant to protect manufacturers, but it is difficult to purchase a new TV every few years. LG, however, went above and beyond and replaced my TV for about the same price. How wonderful it is to have businesses like LG that are concerned about their image and the way they affect their customers. Congrats on that!
