Although I don't usually write reviews, I felt compelled to commend Lipsy for their outstanding customer service. My order was placed over the weekend, and it was scheduled for delivery on Monday. Regretfully, the courier brought the dress I ordered to the incorrect address. The package was delivered later that day, and the customer care representatives followed up with me the next morning. They were really kind and considerate. The dress was wonderful, and they were really nice throughout the entire process! Without a doubt, I would place another order.
I needed a prom dress immediately, and I needed it delivered the next day because I had very little time before the occasion. I was rather concerned after reading these reviews previously, but I hardly found anything else. I placed my Lipsy order at 20:50, and the following day, at 14:00, I received my garment. Since it was my first time ordering clothing online, I was rather worried about the size, but it fit well. If in doubt, however, I would advise choosing a larger size rather than a smaller one. The only negative is that I purchased a white dress in the photo, but there was no option for colour, so I ended up with a nude dress.
