Outstandingly pleasant, professional, and courteous personnel. For more than ten years, the individuals who have unclogged my drains on Hyde's behalf have consistently been kind and informed. Their guy even cleaned up all the human waste that was on my bathroom floor on Christmas Eve, December 31, because I was unable to do it myself. I looked into it further because the outside pipe was as small as a garden hose, and after six months and multiple calls to the people who deal with blocked drains, the landlord eventually resolved the issue. They were aware that something grave was amiss. They were shown to be correct with the use of a camera and some research. Excellent service with high ratings and recommendations due to their exceptional professionalism. I'm grateful.
The same day, the South Cambridge Mears crew arrived to fix a kitchen strip light that was tripping the electricity. The problem was handled by a very kind and professional man who was also quite kind. The other reviews I've read are quite appalling; perhaps the rest of the firm should learn from the South Cambridgeshire Mears group.
