From start to finish, I was really happy with the service I received from every member of the National Express staff. I purchased my return ticket at the Bournemouth Travel Interchange local office. Every member of staff was both professional and kind. The drivers on the way out and back were really kind and helpful when getting on and off the coach, and the coaches themselves were immaculate. The trips were enjoyable on both occasions.
I would especially like to thank Ian at Stansted Airport for his assistance when I got off the coach because I had been feeling sick. The driver had called ahead. He accompanied me all the way through passport check and security, then turned me over to the airline staff. I was quite weak and unsteady, so it was very helpful that everything went smoothly and promptly. I'm done with greasy burgers! Many thanks.
