One of my Nintendo controllers shattered after it slipped off the system due to really poor design. I misplaced the proof of purchase and serial number, so I sent it to Nintendo instead. They replaced both joycons, including the broken one, and offered me an additional year's warranty for both. incredibly happy.
After reading the reviews on this site, I was rather anxious to get a Switch bundle for my son's birthday, but I'm happy to report that everything went smoothly! It took two days for it to be shipped, but the following morning I got the delivery. On the second day after placing my order, I sent an email to customer support asking when dispatch would take place. They answered very quickly, and I thought they were really helpful. I received a terrific deal, and the shipment was wrapped well!
