I had great service when I purchased an office chair. The Office Outlet website was difficult for me to use. I called the Stevenage branch to ask for assistance. It was freely provided. When I arrived at the store, I discovered that the manager was working on the chair already. After finishing the task promptly, he granted me the 15% online discount, even though I hadn't checked the corresponding box to receive it. I received my chair fully assembled and continued to profit from the discount, to which I was not legally entitled due to my mistake in failing to claim it online. A positive encounter.
Excellent value for printer paper because it was on sale right when we needed it. Free next-day delivery was a wonderful extra, and it did arrive the following day. Excellent communication was demonstrated by the messages and emails we received informing us that the purchase was being shipped and that one of the boxes had a small surprise that I will save for surprise parties!
