This is my first trip back to France since COVID. Not surprising, after three years of nonexistent benefits, we were unable to visit Orange, so we ended our contract with them because the monthly fees were too high. Because fibre is still unavailable in our village, we have chosen to go with the 4G house package. After nearly an hour of conversation with Walter, the incredibly kind and accommodating agent on the English-speaking line, I have set up our new contract so that it will be ready to go when we eventually arrive in a few weeks. Walter is deserving of much appreciation; he was fantastic.
Oranges are amazing after SF and free. They have an English line, and their technicians are excellent to work with and arrive promptly. You only need to ask to receive it and pay a little extra if they need to refund you. I wouldn't deal with any other French phone provider.
