Unfortunately, one of the problems contributing to the mould growth is the ceiling fans that Persimmon installed. These fans are not strong enough for the use that they are receiving, and I worry that this problem will persist.
I've been living in my newly constructed home for more than a year, and during that time, I've always thought the customer service staff provided wonderful support. I work with Mariam exclusively, and she has been wonderful. She consistently attempts to fulfil my requests for any work that needs to be done (not much, just a few little annoying problems), and she follows up frequently to make sure everything is going well. The after-sales service staff at Persimmon have really pleased me. Once again, thank you.
