I am a regular customer in this store. I want to support stores in the area. I felt very nervous shopping in the store today. The Northern Ireland Executive (the Government) announced new covid 19 restrictions on Tuesday 22 09 20. One of which was the wearing of face masks. I saw your customers wearing face coverings but none of your staff on the tills or on the shop floor were bothering to wear any face coverings. I was very disappointed to see this. I would be very interested to know what your policy/protocol is regarding the wearing of face coverings in Northern Ireland in particular.

You refuse to furlough your members of staff when they have been classed as extremely vulnerable by the NHS as you don't want to pay it! Disgraceful company

Need cat harness and dried quality cat food. Max and Mark at Boston branch were 110% fantastic. Cats went crazy over the food which is expensive but my cats are nearly 13 years old and deserve it. Professional and very knowledgable and very friendly. Purrfect 5 stars

My family and I have been customers for 3 decades and loved pet food and accessories for birds and small animals. Lately, however, the ingredients for cockatiel food has been changed so that half the food is now uneaten because it is unsuitable. Chinchilla pellet mixes are also inferior to earlier ones. It looks like the company is now only interested in cat and dog owners. Will take my custom elsewhere.

There's so little benefit for collecting points in store compared to other shops - just a few vouchers in my experience, which are mostly irrelevant to my needs. To top that, I've just received a voucher in the post (20th March) which expired on 28th February! I spend a lot in this shop, being an owner of dogs, cats, rats and fish, so it would be nice to have my loyalty better acknowledged.

Went to my local store in Enniskillen today. Two female members of staff very rude and obnoxious. They laughed when I bought a toy for my dog. These two members of staff do not like to be asked questions. They whisper under their breath. Tut at you. Made feel unwelcome . I have visited many of the pets at home stores and have found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful on the last few occasions that I have been in my local store the two female members of staff that I am complaining about have been rude and unhelpful with a bad attitude not a good outlook for pets at home and I will be letting my friends that have dogs and family members know how you be treated by staff in enniskillen there is a saying . word of mouth goes a long way

went in store to buy usual dog food but only had the very large bag on shelf so took that and when I got to the till I ask the staff member if they would be getting the smaller bag soon or is there a problem getting the deliveries.

His response was we do have them but they are the other side with the puppy food. I told him I do not want the puppy food and he got quite abrupt and said to me that it is the adult food but it has been put in the wrong place. If he was aware that the adult food was in the wrong place then why on earth would he not have it moved? He got even more irritated when I said I will take the smaller bag then as he had to trouble himself to go and get the small bag. He would clearly benefit from customer relations training or get a different job !!!
