I went to Pets Corner in Dorking recently with a very big shopping list. We required a few appropriate waterproof dog coats, a cosy harness, a leash, and a few other essential hiking companion items. It was intimidating, to put it mildly, to try to find everything in such a massively stocked store, but with the assistance of Max, our wonderful shop assistant, we quickly found everything we needed. Everything was expertly suited to the size and shape of my dog, all of my inquiries were addressed, and the furry customer received a lot of fuss! Since then, we've been loving our purchases! Fantastic, stress-free store! Joyful moments 👍🏻
When I opened a can of more dog food for my terrier this evening, I noticed something wasn't quite right. I sent Laura at Pets Corner an email with some images, and she responded positively to my request to pick up a replacement the next Saturday, two hours later. I can't complain about the prompt answer and successful outcome. I'm grateful.
