Our experience is pretty much the same as Ben Cook of 22 Jul 2023 below. Delivery driver was supposedly lost but they had out correct address. Notified PH shop, reluctantly promised to send replacement food. Original food turned up about an hour late and was cold and inedible. Replacement food never turned up. The next day PH shop said they were sorry but could not provide refund and i needed to do it online. Filled out the form and PH Customer Care replied with refund not appropriate and provided £15 voucher as gesture of goodwill. After 5 further emails trying to explain that we needed a refund for the food the blunt reply was the same, you cant have a refund. Its not over yet, but cant believe how even the Customer Care people just dismiss bad food and bad service.

I'm writing to complain about a recent order 6825349482 from the Sheffield City centre branch franchise 0114 216 6063
Sent an email regarding this to contactus@pizzahut.co.uk but it bounced strait back to me, possibly because I put "complaint" in the subject heading.

After placing an order earlier today for delivery between 4:15 / 4:30 at 5pm I received three of the seven pizza's I'd ordered, after then trying to phone both the mobile that had called me and the above branch number to no success (mobile going strait to answerphone and branch number just ringing) my final four pizzas arrived an hour and a half late.

Both deliveries were also not to Lyceum Theatre Stage Door but I had to walk across Tudor Square to Norfolk Street, I have to say I am very unhappy with the level of service I have received from this branch.

The food was fine but it's not a restaurant any more. Everything is digital, you pretty much serve yourself and they don't take cash. I'm not planning on returning any time soon.

Order 6656082229 14/4/23 - Placed order online at 8:45pm, called 4 mins later to check if ordered correctly (was on hold for 6 mins until phone picked up). By far the worst Pizza Hut delivery I’ve ever had, the food was disgusting!!
Waited a full hour, then called again as no delivery, this was 25 mins later than online tracker said at this point (waited over 17 mins until phone picked up). At 10:05pm, the driver arrived (while I was still on hold) and delivered a stone cold meal, 2x pizzas (one stuffed crust and the other was a melt, this was gross!!), these were undercooked in part, and completely stone cold throughout, stone cold nachos and cheesy garlic bread. Called the store again (on hold for 4 more mins), offered for them to come and collect it from us as quality was shocking and whole meal was cold, I requested a full refund, they apologised and told me as I ordered online I had to request refund online too!
Summary - a terrible meal arrived 1hr 20 mins after ordering, and I was on hold for a total of 27 mins on the phone.
Tried to complete the form online out several times now, with no acknowledgement that the complaint email has been received, Pizza Hut customer care going fully online is ridiculous and frustrating. A faceless, shameful way of avoiding responsibility! Even the head office phone numbers send you around in circles or to 'full mailboxes'.
I’d like a full refund, not a replacement meal and notice that someone is processing this complaint / refund please.

Good morning, I Made A Order Yesterday Via Your Website, I Then Contacted The Reigate Branch Explaining And Stressing To Them That I Am Currently Pregnant And Required For My Pizza And Side To Be Done Well Done, As It Will Not Settle Well On My Stomach And I Will Vomit It All Back Up, The Guy Was VERY VERY Rude And Unfriendly, And Stated That He Will Not Be Doing So, I Then Stated To Him That If I Do Indeed Vomit It Back Up I Will Be Phoning Back He Replied "Okay" And Disconnected The Call, I Then Phoned Back Around 7pm After Vomiting Multiple Times, Asking To Speak To The Manager, Who To My Surprise Wad Also VERY VERY VERY VERY Rude, I Explained The Issue, And She Stated That She Will Not Be Doing Anything About It She Will Not Be Issuing Any Refund Or Sending Back Another One, I Then Stated To Her That I Will Be Contacting Headoffice I Proceed In Asking Her For Her Name, In Which She Laughed And Said "I Won't Give You My Name" Then Disconnected The Call, I Am Completely Disappointed In Pizza Hut Because I Have NEVER EVER Received Such Poor And Rude Customer Service From This Company, I Will Not Be Ordering From Here Again And Will Also Be Advising Others Not To.

I ordered 2 pizzas online and due to a website glitch when paying the payment was taken twice. The delivery man assured me that the manager would sort it out the next day, but when I rang he said I must contact customer services. I found the phone number and called, and a recorded message informed me that due to covid the were no longer answering the phone (!) and I would have to email. I tried this but the site appears to be cunningly designed to stop you getting anything through. E.g. it asks for the name of the restaurant before you can send your message, but when you press "submit" it wipes out your entry and tells you that the name of the restaurant cannot be left blank!!! After struggling for half an hour I gave up. Looks like I will have to write off £26. Needless to say, Pizza Hut have lost a regular customer. The pizzas, btw, were rubbish.

I am a courier working in pizza hut Turkey izmir. I suffered an injustice and my branch where I worked was changed. I received orders from tourists who came during the summer season. I encouraged people to increase the rating of our restaurant. I helped people in this way, but the new restaurant manager Serkan, who was jealous of me because I spoke English fluently, wanted to change my branch and he succeeded. He made slurs he couldn't prove, and I was sent to a pizza hut far from my home. I've been wronged please contact me and I'll tell you everything I've been through from start to finish. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. We drove to one - they just point to the QR code and couldn’t care less. We left and tried another, sat for 15 minutes as staff just chatted. There is no customer service. Such a shame we used to love Pizza Hut but I can’t see us coming again.
