went to Prezzo Lakeside to use a Birthday Fizz promotion. Connor, the cutest server, was there. a kind, considerate young man who made sure everything was well by checking in during lunch. Although a neighbouring table had voiced dissatisfaction with the service, we can only conclude that this affable young man added even more charm to our trip.
We've eaten at Prezzo Uxbridge six times, and each time we've had fantastic service, delicious, fresh food, and attentive staff. Nothing is too much difficulty for anyone, and everyone is incredibly efficient and kind. It's encouraging to see that even the manager is willing to "get their hands dirty" in order to ensure that the level of customer service is exceptional. He recently waited on us before ending his shift. The music's loudness is the only little letdown. Well, we will definitely come back.
