Our day was going badly because we couldn't make our flight connections or get to the gates on time. Before we met Soumia, our trip back to Qatar had been nothing but a nightmare. She was a ray of sunshine, willing to assist with any difficulties and lighten our path, which greatly increased our sense of optimism. We hope to meet more people in the future who, like Soumia, will demonstrate to you the excellent services provided by Qatar Airways while maintaining the company's integrity. She deserves praise for being a wonderful person who sparked a passion for her career.
I have twelve years of Silver status with Qatar Airways. I want to talk about a wonderful experience I had on my flight from Doha to Copenhagen. The gate was shut, and I was left to sleep in the lounge. When they located me, there were only thirty minutes remaining until takeoff. To get me on the plane, maybe four individuals had to become involved. They were wirelessly linked together, and my run was being transferred at every step. Fortunately, they were able to get me aboard the aircraft. These amazing individuals have my deepest gratitude for their unwavering dedication to the airline and to their patrons. In my opinion, it's perhaps the best airline!
