So far after a week on the phone i still can't get my television fixed bought it February this year and it keeps turning on and off but when you ring for support the girls in the Philippines give you the run around this is the worst customer service

Tried to get someone to come and fix my washer/dryer which is under warranty in less than 16 days which Samsung is saying that is how long it will take. Went onto to this chat thing and was asked to pay £5 to speak to an electronic expert!! Unbelievable!,,

1st May 2023 - In January 2023 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A33 mobile phone. It fails to charge from a Samsung fast power pack altho' it charges from many other brands. Samsung have failed to explain or resolve this despite enumerable emails and promises of contact from the Technical Support Specialist. I am disgusted by Samsung's lack of care.
Samsung does not merit the 1 star setting I was forced to make before this review could be submitted

Ordered a power adapter from a Samsung supplier recommended by Samsung. Item was supposed to be brand new but was scratched and supplied in a used old self sealed plastic bag. Completely unacceptable. The supplier has not been helpful. What makes so angry is that Samsung recommended the supplier.

Samsung has 4 Android updates, so I decided to change to Samsung. Then why does it overlay a perfectly good Android system with very bad software? The Swype keyboard come up with ridiculous words, the Google passwords don't work, without going into some Samsung insecure system. And now I read an article in Forbes which says Samsung phones can be infiltrated because of their own software? https://www.forbes.com/sites/daveywinder/2022/04/09/serious-security-shock-for-millions-of-samsung-galaxy-android-9-12-users/?sh=5ec982fb5f20. And it takes forever to get all my Google Apps on, and some of us already subscribing to Google for storage, why have a contract with Onedrive, instead of Google Photos and Google drive all of which work seamlessly with Android?

Ordered an item direct from Samsung for next day delivery did not arrive. Received texts the day after to say it would arrive ...it did not. Support centre does not where the item is after 4 days...time to cancel.
