We couldn't find the main water tap on our house, and the metre was an outdated model, so I had to call the water board. Paul Burns visited the address ref: 13642610. He was punctual, kind, amiable, and comforting. He easily resolved our issue and provided us with a thorough explanation and fix. To be quite honest, I didn't think Severn Trent would have a person as competent as this. Although the work hasn't been finished yet, Severn Trent has done a great job thus far. I will provide an updated evaluation after the jobs are finished.
Reference number 13640190: Alastair, the engineer Mark Alastair has come to our home twice to help find underwater lines and an off-site stop tap. Alastair was really educated, kind, and quick to respond in both instances. He also went above and beyond to assist. I have had nothing but excellent service from Severn Trent and Alastair.
